Your delegates are being joined by their spouses and children, and you need to plan activities for the latter that will run parallel to your meetings? If the spouses and children are taking part in the actual event, consider grouping the children together (unless they are too young) and organizing activities for their age. Plan a daycare service for the younger children, or provide them with a facilitator of their own (clown, etc.). Here, too, the services of our event planning consultant can prove useful.
